Air Vanuatu announced it is looking to hire new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and new Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
“We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead Air Vanuatu in managing day-to-day operations and enable growth of the organisation. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the executive team, establish a great working relationship with the Board of Directors, and set a course for strategic company growth. The CEO must be capable of bringing together a variety of stakeholders from different cultures to work towards common goals, and be excited by the unique challenges of leading the national airline of a growing nation,” Air Vanuatu’s announcement states.
“The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) has all the powers and authority required to manage the financial affairs of the Corporation and its subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business, subject to any limitations specified by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Board of Directors (the Board) in any applicable resolutions, and in exercising those powers and that authority.”
