The official launching ceremony for the Malapoa College Counselling Service, scheduled for 8am this morning, 16th October, 2019, was postponed to another date to be announced.
This project is an initiative developed by the Vanuatu Chevening Alumni Association and supported by the British High Commission.
The Project focuses on the counselling services particularly in schools where our teenagers are learning and with the increase of social issues, Counselling services will help people talk problems out in a confidential and safe environment with professionally trained counsellors. The counsellors provide insight, understanding, and direction to assist in making life-changing decisions.
The Counselling Service is very important for a teaching institution like Malapoa College as the school has gone through problems caused by its students in past years.
