The government of People’s Republic of China is expected to hand over the new building of Prime Minister’s Office on 1st of September.
The project to build the new Prime Minister’s Office was funded by the grant from Chinese government.
Both governments said that this year marks a milestone in relationship between the countries with the recent opening of the new Chinese embassy in Port Vila, new wharf in Luganville, new Prime Minister’s Office and the Korman Stadium.
Besides these projects, China is also constructing a new building for the Department of Foreign Affairs. Malapoa College construction is also funded by the grant from China.
